Claiming Your Profile
If your company already has listings on ReppingDR (we may have discovered you through our AI pipeline), you can claim your profile:
- Create an account at reppingdr.com/register
- Go to your portal and select “Claim Developer Profile”
- Search for your company name and submit a verification request
- Our team will verify ownership and link the profile to your account
If your company isn't listed yet, contact us to get set up.
Listing Properties
There are two ways to get your properties on the platform:
Automatic Ingestion (Recommended)
Share a Google Drive or Dropbox folder with your price lists, brochures, renders, and floor plans. Our AI pipeline automatically extracts property data, generates descriptions, uploads images, and creates listings — no manual data entry needed. Updates to your folder are synced automatically.
Manual Upload
Use the portal's upload form to create listings individually. Upload images, enter details, and our AI will generate professional bilingual descriptions for each property.
Developer Portal
Once verified, your portal gives you access to:
- •Property Management — Edit listings, update prices, manage availability status
- •Lead Notifications — Get notified when buyers express interest
- •Analytics Dashboard — Track views, inquiries, and engagement per property
- •Social Publishing — Auto-publish properties to Instagram, Facebook, and X
- •Company Profile — Edit your bio, logo, website, and social links

Quality Standards
All listings pass our AI-powered quality gates before going live. This includes image quality validation, price range verification, geolocation checks, and completeness scoring. Properties with Firebase-hosted images, accurate pricing, and complete details rank higher in search results and recommendations.
