Every developer undergoes vetting. Properties pass quality gates including image validation, price checks, and geolocation verification before going live.
We Enrich
AI generates bilingual descriptions, investment scores, and market context — so you can compare properties with confidence.

Browse by zone, filter by price and type, explore the interactive map, or ask Sofia (our AI chatbot) to find exactly what you're looking for.
Creating an Account
You can browse all properties without an account. Creating one unlocks additional features:

Use the table or card view to browse results. Click any property to see full details, images, floor plans, and financing options.
Sofia — AI Assistant
Sofia is our bilingual AI chatbot. Click the chat icon on any page to ask questions like “What are the best condos in Punta Cana under $200K?” or “Cuáles son las mejores opciones de inversión en Cap Cana?” Sofia has access to all property data and market analytics on the platform.
Currency & Language
Toggle between English and Español using the language selector in the navigation bar. Switch prices between USD, EUR, and DOP with real-time exchange rates updated daily.
